The Role
Working with the Community Manager As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of this vibrant business centre. You’ll provide a high level of support to tenants, manage facilities coordination and help create a welcoming and professional atmosphere throughout the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house and client support service
- Build strong relationships with office clients and visitors
- Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and client requests
- Handle calls, emails and general administration tasks
- Support facilities and office operations team
- Ensure communal areas are presented to a high standard
- Assist with events and tenant engagement activities
About You
- Previous experience in serviced offices or reception
- Professional, confident and highly personable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/booking systems
