e Role
As a Resident Services Associate, you will act as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, contractors, and prospective tenants. Working as part of the on-site management team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the building while delivering a consistently high standard of s
ervice.
This role combines front-of-house responsibilities with wider property and resident services support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and the operational side of residential property man
agement.

Deliver an exceptional resident experience through proactive and professional custome - r service.Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and escalating where
- required.Support the day-to-day operation of the building, ensuring communal areas and resident facilities are maintained to a high
- standard.Build strong relationships with residents and contribute to a positive community a
- tmosphere.Assist with resident onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and tenancy-related admin
- istration.Support property inspections, access arrangements, contractor management, and maintenance coo
- rdination.Work closely with the wider property management and facilities teams to ensure service standards are consistently
- achieved.Handle resident feedback and help identify opportunities to improve service
- delivery.Promote health and safety compliance and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for all residents and

About You
