The Packaging Technologist role
You’ll be involved across the full packaging development process, helping turn ideas into finished products for major retailers and consumer brands.
You’ll take ownership of:
• Developing packaging from concept through to launch
• Sourcing new materials, components and packaging formats
• Supporting artwork, print and packaging approvals
• Driving packaging innovation, sustainability and recyclability improvements
• Working with suppliers and manufacturers to solve technical challenges
• Maintaining specifications, documentation and packaging standards
• Keeping projects moving at pace in a fast-moving beauty environment
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone practical, organised and commercially switched on.
You’ll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
• Packaging development
• Product development
• Technical or quality
• Buying or sourcing
• Design, print or artwork coordination
• FMCG, beauty, personal care, gifting or retail products
