Pastry Sous Chef – Michelin-Star Restaurant (Outside London)
A Michelin-starred restaurant located outside London is seeking a talented and driven Pastry Sous Chef to join its award-winning brigade.
The Role
- Support the Head Pastry Chef in leading the pastry section.
- Create and deliver exceptional desserts, petits fours, breads and pastry items to Michelin-star standards.
- Assist with menu development, seasonal creations and quality control.
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, consistency and hygiene.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or strong Pastry Chef de Partie in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining environment.
- Excellent technical pastry skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for innovation, seasonal ingredients and refined presentation.
- Strong leadership and organisational abilities.
- Right to work in the UK.
