The Role:
As Project Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• General administration
• Coordinating engineers and field-based staff
• Managing schedules and documentation
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Supporting invoicing and financial administration
• Maintaining accurate records
Essential Requirements
• Previous administration or coordination experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Excellent IT skills (excel/systems)
Desirable Requirements
• HVAC, construction or engineering experience
• SIMPRO knowledge
• Commercial awareness
• Experience supporting remote engineers
• Finance or accounts administration experience
