How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Change Manager with experience delivering change in Agile (Disciplined Agile) environments. You will apply recognised methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) in a pragmatic way, supporting clients with varying levels of change maturity and ensuring successful adoption of technology-enabled change aligned to business outcomes and culture.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities across the delivery lifecycle, aligned to agile and Disciplined Agile ways of working.

    * Apply and tailor change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR/Prosci) to suit client context, maturity, and culture.

    * Conduct change impact assessments and training needs analysis, translating findings into clear, actionable plans.

    * Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement strategies to drive adoption and minimise resistance.

    * Work closely with IT, delivery, and business teams to embed change into delivery cycles including business readiness and change adoption activities.

    * Build strong stakeholder relationships, understanding business pain points and providing practical recommendations.

    * Support sponsors and leaders to effectively lead change and build organisational readiness.

    * Establish engagement networks and feedback loops to measure effectiveness and continuously improve outcomes.

    * Support behavioural and cultural change, aligning activity to business strategy and long-term outcomes.

    * Upskill clients and help build internal change management capability where required.

    Competencies & Experience

    * Experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci / ADKAR.

    * Strong understanding of change management tools, including impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, and training needs analysis.

    * Proven delivery of change within Disciplined Agile and IT-enabled programmes.

    * Ability to own and deliver change activities end-to-end, managing multiple priorities.

    * Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills at all levels.

    * Experience working with clients, including guiding and building change capability.

    * Skilled in developing comms, engagement approaches, and support networks.

    * Commercially aware, outcome-focused, and able to align change activity to business strategy.

    * Adaptable, hands-on, and able to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.
