As an Equipment Supervisor/ Technician Supervisor, you will be depot-based, overseeing the build, test and inspection of many generators - you will be on the tools helping in busy periods and in the office keeping the team rolling by ordering spares, looking after HSEQ and more. Must be able to travel to Weymouth for work.

Duties and responsibilities of the Equipment Supervisor/Technician Supervisor
* Supervise the preparation, quality and dispatch of generators
* Produce accurate reports on dispatched and returned equipment
* Carry out PDIs on gen sets, ensuring perfect operation of all aspects prior to dispatch
* Keep accurate records of equipment, maintenance requirements, spares and materials
* Supervise team and subcontractor labour, ensuring sufficient personnel and time are allocated to meet project deadlines
* Identify and plan work in a methodical manner to meet equipment dispatch targets
* Identify, order and keep records of any required stocks, spares or replacement parts required for use at the depot
* Liaise with the logistics team to ensure the correct transport is booked and ordered
* Take control of the HSEQ in the workshop, ensuring the team is safe
Qualifications and requirements for the Equipment Supervisor/Technician Supervisor
* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
* Minimum of an NVQ Qualification
* Ability to read engineering drawings.
