An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a busy and well-established project in Blagdon, BS40. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a supervisor who is happy to lead from the front while remaining actively involved on the tools when required.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supervising mechanical installation works on site
Coordinating and managing mechanical operatives
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to programme
Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety
Working alongside site management and subcontractors
Carrying out hands-on mechanical duties as requiredRequirements:
✅ SSSTS Certificate
✅ Valid CSCS Card
✅ Previous Mechanical Supervisory experience
✅ Strong knowledge of mechanical installations
✅ Ability to manage teams and maintain productivity
