* Proven abilities in coaching technical performance within a team and across a business, setting technical objectives and measuring progress
* Highlighting training requirements within a multi discipline agile team
* Technical domain design skills
* Technical debt identification and pay down
* Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
* Advocate and leadership of design review
* Technical evangelism
* Able to implement patterns of enterprise architecture
* Working with architecture focused road maps
* Positive attitude in the workplace
