We’re looking for reliable and detail-focused Production Operatives to join a well-established team in Coventry. This is a hands-on role working with modern equipment, where you’ll be trained to produce high-quality composite parts used in demanding industries.
This position offers consistent shifts (4 on 4 off), a clean and organised working environment, and the opportunity to learn specialist manufacturing skills.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will play a key part in the manufacturing process, ensuring products are built to precise quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
Preparing and handling raw materials for production
Loading and operating machinery such as presses, ovens and autoclaves
Placing materials into moulds and tooling to create composite components
Trimming, finishing, and assembling parts to specification
Packing and labelling finished products ready for dispatch
Recording production and quality data accurately

You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or factory environment
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience with composites, plastics, or assembly work (desirable but not essential)
Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills
