The Role - 1:1 Teaching Assistant
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD, helping them engage with lessons, develop social skills, and achieve their learning goals. You will collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategies that promote progress and independence. The successful candidate will be compassionate, adaptable, and committed to supporting the pupil's academic and personal development. Previous experience working with children with ASD or other complex needs is essential.
