You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across the primary age range, with opportunities to support pupils in both mainstream classrooms and SEN settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
Manage and support whole-class learning effectively
Provide targeted support for pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
Adapt teaching to meet a range of learning and SEN needs
Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Maintain strong behaviour and classroom management
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience in primary education (mainstream and/or SEN desirable)
A flexible, professional and reliable approach to daily supply work
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A passion for supporting children's learning and development
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to applyWhy work with Academics?
