Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Technical Designer to join a leading distribution company based on the outskirts of Basingstoke. This is a full-time permanent position.
Responsibilities as a Technical Designer:
Produce accurate 2D CAD Drawings for wet room layouts
Create clear and professional drawing packages for customer approval
Utilise AutoCAD and AutoDesk Design review
Prepare project-specific technical submission
Act as technical point of contact for customers and contractors
Attend and contribute to project meetings
Assist with project estimating during quieter periods
Requirements:
Proficiency in 2D CAD Software
Experience using Autodesk Design review
Strong understanding of bathroom construction
Excellent Microsoft Office tools
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specification
The Role:
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 17.00pm
Starting Salary of £28,000 - £30,000
Commission scheme up to 5%
Full time, permanent position
Located on the outskirts of Basingstoke
25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
