What will you be doing?
·Delivering process engineering and design activities across the full project lifecycle
·Producing and reviewing key process deliverables, including PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations and technical specifications
·Developing process design solutions that meet project requirements and relevant industry standards
·Providing technical input into design reviews, HAZOPs and other safety assessments
·Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams and project stakeholders
·Taking ownership of process engineering activities and delivering work autonomously with minimal supervision
Where you'll be doing it?
You'll be joining an engineering team delivering complex projects within a highly regulated sector. This role requires an experienced engineer who can work independently, providing process engineering expertise without the support of a wider Process Engineering team.
What you'll need:
·Proven experience as a Senior Process Engineer within the nuclear industry or another highly regulated sector
·The ability to complete process design activities independently and confidently
·Experience producing process engineering deliverables with minimal oversight
·Strong understanding of process safety principles and participation in HAZOP studies
·Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
·A self-sufficient approach with the confidence to take ownership of technical decisions and deliverables

£45.00 - £45.00 per hour
