We are looking for an individual who has experience with school Human Resources Health & Safety and Facilities Management.
As the School Business Manager at this school you will be running a small team of office staff and site staff. This school requires a Business Manager who has previous experience within the education sector and understand the HR processes of Birmingham Schools. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an excellent team in a successful Special School. Job Role:
Lead and manage Human Resources, Health & Safety, Facilities and Admin Support
Delivering CPD and training to staff members
Attend SLT and school management meetings as part of the SLT
Act as the schools Health & Safety Lead
Promote the high standards of the schoolIdeally, you will:

Have experience leading a successful team
Want to make a difference and improve standards at school level
Be an excellent leader and dedicated manager
