Key Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble steel components from engineering drawings.

Carry out MIG welding to a high standard.

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*
Use fabrication tools and workshop equipment safely and effectively.
*
Perform quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
*
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Plater/Welder within an engineering or fabrication environment.
*
Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
*
Strong fabrication and MIG welding skills.
*
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary description
£18.47 - £18.47 per hour
