How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    As a Sales Representative, you will introduce shoppers directly to our smart cart technology in grocery stores nationwide. You'll engage with customers, demonstrate the features and benefits of our innovative smart carts, and encourage their adoption. Your efforts will directly impact the use of cutting-edge technology that is redefining the retail shopping experience.

    II. Key Responsibilities

    • Core duties and activities
    • Drive Customer Acquisition: Engage directly with in-store customers to introduce them to smart carts, performing live demonstrations to showcase their features and benefits.
    • Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales tactics tailored to each store environment, adapting approaches based on customer feedback and success rates.
    • Build Relationships: Foster positive relationships with store personnel to facilitate seamless operations and act as a brand ambassador.
    • Provide Reporting and Feedback: Offer regular reports on customer interactions, providing insights and suggestions for improving engagement and sales techniques.
    • Achieve Targets: Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly user acquisition goals.

    III. Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Experience:
    • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a retail environment.
    • Availability to work a Thursday through Monday schedule, including weekends.
    • Willingness to travel within market—up to 100% of the time.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Tech-Savvy and Organized: Comfortable demonstrating basic smart cart features and basic troubleshooting.
    • Knows how to use collaboration tools such as Slack and Google Suite.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Charismatic Communicator: Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to establish rapport quickly and build trust with prospects.
    • Resilient and Self-Motivated: Handles rejection well and bounces back with creative new approaches. Independent but thrives on being part of a supportive, high-performing team.
    • Curious and Solution-Oriented: Naturally curious and interested in understanding client needs to position our product as the ideal solution.
