Qualified Social Worker

Central London – Qualified Social Workers (Children's & Adult Services) – £30 - £32 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload within Children's or Adult Social Care Services.
* Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop person-centred support plans.
* Carry out safeguarding enquiries and interventions where required.
* Work directly with children, young people, adults, families and carers to achieve positive outcomes.
* Complete statutory visits, reviews and assessments within required timescales.
* Prepare high-quality reports, assessments and case records.
* Attend multi-agency meetings, reviews and court proceedings where necessary.
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies, including health, education, housing and community services.
* Promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes for service users.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, statutory guidance and local authority procedures.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with professional standards.

Essential Requirements:
• Degree/Master's in Social Work and Social Work England (SWE) registration.
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience within Children's or Adult Services.
• Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation, safeguarding procedures and statutory guidance.
• Excellent assessment, report writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality social work practice.
• Right to work in the UK.
