The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components and products to a high standard while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety procedures are followed at all times.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions.

* Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.

* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.

* Inspect assembled products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.

* Identify and report any faults, defects, or quality concerns.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and deadlines.

* Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.

* Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications

* Strong mechanical aptitude and practical assembly skills.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.

* Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Good communication skills.

* Physical dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
