About the Role
We are currently seeking a hands-on and reliable Production Operative / Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing or engineering environments looking to secure a long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
You will be responsible for a variety of production and assembly tasks, contributing to the manufacture and finishing of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out product finishing tasks, including brass polishing, bronzing, and spray painting
Perform electrical assembly work to required standards
Operate machinery such as lathes, drills, and hand tools
Undertake bonding processes, including welding and soldering
Ensure all work is completed accurately, safely, and in line with company procedures
Maintain a clean and organised work areaRequirements
Previous experience in a similar manufacturing, engineering, or production role is essential
Ability to use a variety of tools and machinery confidently
Experience with finishing techniques and bonding processes is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good practical skills and a proactive approach to work
Ability to work effectively as part of a teamWhat We Offer
