Key Responsibilities - Cover Supervisor Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons prepared by teaching staff.
Maintain student engagement and ensure a positive learning environment.
Manage behaviour in line with school policies and expectations.
Supervise and support pupils, ensuring they remain on task.
Adapt confidently to different subjects and classrooms as needed.Who We Are Looking For:

Experience working with young people: tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work, childcare, or school settings.
Confidence in leading a classroom and delivering pre-set work.
Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
Flexibility and a positive approach to different school environments.
A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development.
