How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The role requires the ability to navigate diverse cultural, regulatory, and organizational contexts while ensuring alignment with the company's people strategy and corporate standards.

As the primary HR partner to the business, you will provide practical solutions to employee-related matters, support organizational effectiveness, and drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and help maintain DTEK International Limited as an employer of choice.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and employees across international operations.
    • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
    • Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
    • Support the implementation of corporate HR policies, processes, and programs while ensuring alignment with local requirements and market practices.
    • Collaborate with specialist HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and HR Operations.
    • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture-related initiatives.
    • Support organizational change and transformation projects across multiple jurisdictions.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization and across various cultural environments.
    • Ensure HR solutions balance business priorities, employee needs, and local regulatory requirements.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to support informed people-related decisions.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of core HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR administration.
    • Experience working within international and culturally diverse organizations.
    • Proven ability to balance corporate requirements with local realities, including regulatory, cultural, and operational considerations.
    • Experience supporting business leaders through organizational change and complex people-related challenges.
    • Ability to handle sensitive matters with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
    • Fluent English and Ukrainian, both written and spoken.

    Key Competencies

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across cultures and seniority levels.
    • Ability to balance organizational objectives with employee needs.
    • High level of flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
    • Pragmatic, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Strong judgement and decision-making skills in complex situations.
    • Proven ability to manage cross-border HR challenges with a practical and business-focused approach.
    • High level of accountability, reliability, and resilience.
    • Strong presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
    • Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, enabling successful collaboration across diverse teams and environments.

    We offer

    • Competitive salary and transparent terms of cooperation.
    • Opportunity to work on interesting and challenging tasks that promote professional growth.
    • Development support: access to DTEK Academy training programmes and other educational initiatives.
    • Modern office in the heart of London.
    • A flexible work format that combines office and remote working.
