The Opportunity

Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking structural engineering consultancy, is looking to appoint a skilled Structural Revit Technician to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented technician to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, delivering high-quality models and drawings within a collaborative environment.

Role

As a Structural Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the production of 3D models and detailed structural drawings across a range of building projects. You will work closely with engineers and design teams to ensure accurate and coordinated outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed structural models and drawings using Revit

Prepare GA drawings, sections, and reinforcement details

Coordinate models with engineers, architects, and other disciplines

Ensure compliance with project specifications and BIM standards

Support the delivery of projects to agreed deadlines

Assist in maintaining and developing BIM processes and standards

Requirements

We are keen to speak with candidates who have:

Proven experience as a Structural Technician using Revit in a consultancy environment

Strong understanding of structural materials and detailing (steel, concrete, timber, masonry)

Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination

Experience with AutoCAD (desirable)

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
