How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Maintenance Supervisor

    £48,000 + Training + Progression + Days-based + Benefits

    Hinckley (Commutable from: Nuneaton, Coventry, Leicester, Rugby, Tamworth, Coalville, Lutterworth, Birmingham)

    Do you have Maintenance or Engineering Management experience looking to join a globally-renowned business, where you will lead and develop your own team of skilled engineers in a varied Monday - Friday days based role?

    This manufacturer are a household name with multi-million pound purpose built sites throughout the UK. This role is due to huge investment and growth within the respective site.

    This is Monday - Friday days based role with flexible hours. You will oversee a team of Engineers ensuring PPM are planned, scheduled and optimised efficiently. Autonomy will be given to implement processes.

    This role would suit a Maintenance or Engineering Manager looking to take a pivotal role in a manufacturing plant with competitive benefits, clear progression and a good job retention.

    The Role:

    Maintenance / Engineering Management.
    Responsible for PPM schedule and improving processes.
    50% Office / 50% Plant.
    Monday - Friday days role (flexi-hours).The Person:

    Maintenance and Supervisory experience.
    Mechanical and or Electrical background.
    Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant background.
