3x CSCS Groundworkers

We are looking for three highly skilled and reliable Groundworkers for an immediate start on a large-scale industrial concrete plant project based in Wellingborough. This is a fast-paced environment requiring operatives who can hit the ground running and work as a tight unit.

The Role:

You will be covering all aspects of groundworks, with a heavy focus on the robust civil engineering required for an industrial concrete facility. Your day-to-day duties will include:

Deep drainage, pipe laying, and installing service ducts.

*

Setting up for heavy civil works, including shuttering, formwork, and reinforcement (rebar) tying.

*

Preparing foundations, slab preparation, and assisting with large-scale concrete pours and finishing.

*

Kerb laying, edgings, flagging, and finishing trades.

*

Working safely alongside heavy plant machinery (excavators, dumpers) in a busy industrial zone.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card (Essential - Blue Skilled Worker preferred).

*

Proven Experience: Must have a strong background in all aspects of groundworks, specifically on commercial or industrial civils projects.

*

Tools & PPE: Must have your own standard hand tools and full orange/yellow high-vis PPE suitable for a major civils site.

*

References: Must be able to provide two checkable work references demonstrating your groundworks capability.
