Working within a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment, you will lead the development of a high-quality residential service while building strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and external stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will be;
* Lead the day-to-day operation of a residential recovery service
* Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safeguarding and quality standards
* Build relationships with commissioners, referrers and external stakeholders
* Manage staffing, budgets and operational performance targets
* Promote a positive, recovery-focused and therapeutic service culture
* Support service growth, occupancy and long-term sustainability
For this role, we’re looking for someone who has;
* Residential care management experience within health or social care
* Strong understanding of mental health, addiction or dual diagnosis
* Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams
* Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards
* Commercial awareness and strong stakeholder relationship skills
