The successful Assembly Fitter will join a permanent, Monday-to-Friday role with an early finish on Fridays, no shifts, and paid overtime at 1.5x. This position offers structured training, clear progression routes, and the opportunity to build a long-term career within bespoke fabrication in the automotive industry.
Duties of the Assembly Fitter
Working on bespoke projects for high-quality vehicle builds
Fabricating plastic vehicle components (full training given)
Using a range of hand and power tools
Accurately measuring and reading technical drawings
Carrying out varied and engaging assembly tasks

£25,000-£29,000 starting salary
Salary increase after probation and regular reviews
Paid overtime at 150%
