Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (fully office-based)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Recruitment Coordinator to join a fast paced organisation based in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make an immediate impact in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand ongoing recruitment needs
Source, screen and interview candidates to identify the best talent
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Workday), ensuring accuracy at all times
Coordinate and schedule interviews in an efficient and timely manner
Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience
Support on boarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives to attract high quality candidatesThe successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.
A positive attitude and strong communication skills will be key to success in this role.
