What You'll Do:
Support students in the classroom and one-to-one sessions
Assist with individual learning plans (IEPs)
Encourage an inclusive, positive learning environment
Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to help every child succeed
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children with special educational needs
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication
Relevant qualifications are a bonus but not essential
