The successful Fire Surveyor will undertake site inspections, compartmentation surveys and fire door assessments across a range of existing and newly constructed buildings. The Fire Surveyor's Role
The Fire Surveyor will:
Carry out compartmentation surveys and inspections
Conduct fire door surveys and assessments
Produce clear and detailed technical reports
Identify fire safety defects and compliance issues
Liaise with clients and project stakeholders
Travel to sites throughout the Midlands region
The Fire Surveyor
The Fire Surveyor should have:
Experience undertaking fire safety surveys
Knowledge of passive fire protection systems
Understanding of relevant fire safety legislation
Strong report writing skills
Full UK driving licence
FIRAS, FDIS or equivalent qualifications desirable
