This is a hands-on, outdoor role and would suit someone reliable who enjoys physical work.
Duties include:
* Collect waste and recycling from domestic and commercial properties
* Empty litter bins and clear litter
* Report issues like fly tipping and potholes
* Assist with container delivery and vehicle safety
* Support street cleaning
* Operating basic tools, plant, and equipment (training provided if required).
* Manual handling and physical work in all weather conditions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in waste, refuse, grounds maintenance, or labouring role.
* Able to provide an up to date CV will full employment history and referencing contact information for any employment history in the last 3 years.
* Ability to work outdoors and carry out physical tasks.
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
* Good understanding of health & safety.
* Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday (You may be required to work weekends as and when needed)
- Up to 37 hours per week between the hours of 7am-3pm
(on occasion you may need to start at 6am)
- £13.58 Per Hour (increases after probation)
- Weekly pay whilst through the agency!
