You will support duty holders with asbestos management plans, audit compliance against legislation, review contractor performance and provide technical oversight to ensure asbestos risks are being managed effectively across property portfolios.
You will conduct site inspections, review technical reports, assess management arrangements and provide practical guidance to clients on compliance with current asbestos regulations. You will also collaborate with wider project teams and external stakeholders to support broader building safety and compliance initiatives.
