Job Title: Construction Project Manager
* Location: Hybrid/PartRemote/Based near Welwyn Garden City, Herts/ London
* Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum +Company car or car allowance
* Contract: Permanent, Full Time
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Construction Project Manager:
* Are you experienced in project management within the construction sector?
* Do you have a genuine passion for the industry and thrive when working with Main Contractors and Principal Contractors?
* Are you familiar with leading integrated security packages, technical services, or security systems? Preferably you would have some experience working within enterprise level access control, CCTV, smart building environments or similar infrastructure led construction packages?
* Do you enjoy variety in your role and would working on fast-moving, on-site projects for high-end clients appeal to you?
* Are you commercially aware, operationally strong and an excellent communicator?
* Are you a natural leader with a proven track record of delivering successful projects?

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their busy and growing team with their head office being based in Welwyn Garden City, Herts.
Job Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who genuinely enjoys the construction environment, thrives around Main Contractors and Principal Contractors, and knows how to lead integrated security packages properly within live, fastmoving projects. You will be commercially aware, operationally organised with strong customer facing skills and experienced in driving programmes, people, and project momentum.
Job Requirements:
Has a proven background managing construction based electronic security or integrated systems projects Understands the pace and expectations of enterprise construction environments
Is comfortable leading coordination meetings and building relationships with Tier1 and Main Contractors
Understands procurement, variations, programme pressure, labour forecasting, and commercial accountability
Can motivate engineers and subcontractors while maintaining standards and delivery focus
Is proactive rather than reactive
Communicates well under pressure
Takes ownership and genuinely cares about delivery quality
