NES Fircroft is supporting a specialist offshore oil & gas service provider in the search for an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead health, safety, environmental and quality strategy across North Sea operations.
This is a key leadership role, providing HSEQ oversight for a dedicated stimulation vessel and working closely with major operator partners.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement company-wide HSEQ strategy
Act as technical authority for HSEQ risk in well stimulation operations
Ensure compliance with offshore regulations and ISO standards
Lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote a strong safety culture across offshore and onshore teams
Support client audits, tenders, and stakeholder engagementRequirements
Strong HSEQ leadership experience in offshore oil & gas
Experience within well stimulation operations
Knowledge of offshore regulations and compliance frameworks
NEBOSH Level 6 (or equivalent)
Confident engaging with clients and senior stakeholdersAdditional Info
Office-based in Great Yarmouth 
Offshore travel required (as needed)
