As the Mechanical Site Manager / Non-Working Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing mechanical installation works on site
Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest standards
Conducting site inspections and quality checks
Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other trades
Managing health & safety compliance and site documentation
Driving productivity and maintaining excellent site standards throughout the project lifecycleWorking Hours

7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Supervisor, or similar leadership role
✔ Strong mechanical building services background
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
✔ Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
✔ Relevant industry qualifications and site certifications
