Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Desk

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and friendly team in our Kirkby office, managing and developing an established Industrial Desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a successful career in recruitment.
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and developing the Industrial Desk
* Winning new business through proactive cold calling and client development
* Sourcing and attracting candidates for a range of industrial and warehouse roles
* Managing job boards, CV databases, and social media recruitment channels
* Screening applicants and coordinating interviews
* Matching candidates with suitable opportunities and managing the recruitment process
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
What We're Looking For
* A proactive, organised, and people-focused individual
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in making sales and business development calls
* Previous recruitment experience is preferred, ideally within the industrial sector
* A driven and ambitious approach with a desire to achieve targets and earn bonus
* Based at our Kirkby office
