How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About The Role:


    Gadsme is looking for a highly driven and experienced Head of Programmatic to join our team in London and lead the development of our programmatic partnerships and revenue strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating, structuring, and scaling relationships with key ecosystem partners, including DSPs and SSPs, while also managing and growing existing integrations.

    You will play a central role in driving programmatic revenue by combining strong commercial acumen with deep technical expertise. You will oversee the full lifecycle of programmatic deals, from sourcing and negotiating partnerships to optimizing performance across open and private marketplaces, including guaranteed deals. A key part of your mission will be to identify growth opportunities, ensure operational excellence across all programmatic channels and maximize margins.

    This role requires a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, including auction dynamics, deal structures, and performance drivers. You will also be expected to analyze and explain discrepancies, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure transparency and continuous improvement. As a senior leader, you will act as a strategic partner to both internal stakeholders and external clients, using your business development skills to unlock new opportunities while strengthening existing relationships. Your ability to bridge technical knowledge with commercial impact will be critical to success in this role.

    You have 7+ years business development experience in the programmatic space, a relationship building personality, a passion for marketing and experience working in a startup environment.

     

    Duties:

     

    ●   Own and scale programmatic revenue growth

    ●   Build and scale high-value strategic partnerships

    ●   Maximize performance of existing partners

    ●   Structure and optimise deals

    ●   Own data, transparency and discrepancy resolution

    ●   Drive performance and operational performance

    ●   Act as the internal programmatic expert

    ●   Lead commercial programmatic strategy

    ●   Represent and position Gadsme in the ecosystem

    ●   With the opportunity to build and lead a team 

    ●   Contribute to marketing content 

    ●   Ability to travel when necessary

     

    You Have:

     

    ●   worked at a SSP

    ●   Proven track record in programmatic growth

    ●   Deep, hands-on programmatic expertise

    ●   Strong commercial and deal-making skills

    ●   Data-driven and technically fluent

    ●   Strong analytical and discrepancy skils

    ●   Entrepreneurial team player

    ●   Ownership mindset

    ●   Must be strategic, creative and can handle multiple tasks at speed

    ●   Focused on setting and exceeding personal, team, and organisational targets

    ●   Strong proven track record in delivering sales objectives and hitting KPIs

    ●   Happy working in a startup environment

    ●   A wish to grow and take on the world

     

    ●   Preferred Additional Qualifications

    ○   Ability to read and amend contracts

    ○   Knowledge of main DSPs
