How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Document & Report Preparation – Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and reports to a high standard.
    • Point of Contact – Act as a key liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
    • Event & Project Support – Assist with the planning and coordination of events, business projects, site visits, and ad-hoc initiatives.

    • Confidential Support – Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
    • Personal Assistance – Provide occasional lifestyle support, such as managing appointments, reservations, and personal errands.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience as a PA, EA, senior administrator, office manager, or similar support role
    • Experience within hospitality, construction, property, or a fast-paced operational environment is highly desirable
    • A hands-on, can-do attitude with the ability to take initiative
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
    • Confident using MS Office and/or Google Workspace
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy team, thrives on keeping things organised, and is confident supporting senior stakeholders in a varied, hands-on role.
