How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Associate Measurement Lead

    📍 London (Hybrid – 1 day in office per week)

    As an Associate Measurement Lead, you’ll help leading global brands understand how their advertising performs, shaping smarter, more effective digital strategies. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll combine analytics, storytelling, and creativity to deliver insights that make a real impact.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to clients, build expertise in digital measurement, and grow within a fast-paced media environment.



    What you’ll be doing

    • Lead brand lift studies from end to end on Reddit’s platform
    • Run project kick-offs, design surveys, analyse data, and present insights
    • Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to both internal teams and clients
    • Collaborate with sales and ad measurement teams to ensure quality and timelines
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working


    About you

    We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to develop in digital media and research.

    • Around 1+ year of experience in advertising research, media, insights, or a related field
    • Understanding of experimentation, measurement, or basic data analysis
    • Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly and tell a compelling story
    • Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, or similar
