We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative to join a busy contact centre.
About the Role
You will handle inbound customer enquiries relating to personal loan applications and existing loan accounts. This role requires professionalism, confidence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment while delivering excellent customer outcomes.
You will be responsible for supporting contractual service levels and ensuring a high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on first-call resolution.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week (Work from Office 5 days per week)
