We’re partnering with a growing and well-regarded wealth management firm in Cambridge to hire an Associate Wealth Planner. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in financial planning, with a clear pathway to becoming a qualified Financial Planner
.You’ll work closely with experienced advisors, gaining hands-on exposure to client relationships, paraplanning, and the full advice process
.The Rol
eThis is a development-focused position combining client support and paraplanning responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in delivering strong client outcomes while building the technical knowledge and commercial awareness required to progress into an advisory role
.Key Responsibilitie
- sAct as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries and supporting ongoing relationship
- sCoordinate client meetings, prepare valuation packs, and manage diarie
- sProcess new business including onboarding, AML/CDD checks, and documentatio
- nMaintain accurate client records using back-office systems (e.g. XPlan
- )Support post-meeting follow-ups and client communication
- sAssist with billing, invoicing, and general administrative task
sParaplanning duties will include
- :Conducting research to support financial planning recommendation
- sPreparing suitability reports aligned to client needs and regulatory requirement
