How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role

    You'll join a great, well-established team. From the first conversation to the final offer, you'll run a true 360° recruitment process — building your client base, headhunting top healthcare talent, and driving deals across the line. No hand-holding, but plenty of support. Marketing and compliance are here to help and support at all times!

    Whether you're already in recruitment or you're a strong salesperson ready to make the move, this is a role where ambition is genuinely rewarded.

    What you'll be doing:

    * Running end-to-end recruitment campaigns across healthcare and medical sectors

    * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates alike

    * Crafting smart, creative sourcing strategies to reach the best talent first

    * Negotiating offers confidently and managing a slick hiring experience

    * Hitting targets — and then setting new ones

    About You

    * Background in recruitment or B2B/B2C sales (healthcare experience is a bonus, not a must)

    * A natural communicator who can hold a room and build trust fast - confident on the phone

    * Driven, resilient, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
