A long-standing, family-owned business based in Poole are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager on a permanent basis.
Working within a team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and commercially minded individual who thrives on building strong customer relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
You will act as an industry expert across a range of products, managing and expanding key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow relationships with key luxury brand accounts as the primary point of contact
* Drive account performance with a strong focus on revenue, margin, and profitability
* Analyse pricing strategies, cost structures, and commercial performance
* Identify growth opportunities across existing accounts and support new business development
* Deliver a high-end, tailored customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards
* Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for seamless delivery
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
* Produce account plans, forecasts, and performance reports
* Maintain strong margin awareness and ensure sustainable profitability
* Balance client satisfaction with commercial decision-making
* Track and manage KPIs including revenue, margin, and retention
* Deliver a premium, personalised service to all clients
* Anticipate client needs and resolve issues proactively
* Build long-term, trust-based partnerships
* Uphold brand values across all interactions
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in account management or client relationship management
* Background in luxury, premium retail, or similar sectors desirable
* Strong commercial awareness with experience managing margins and profitability
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Strong IT skills, including Excel
