📍 Location: Salford
💼 Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
🕒 Hours: Full Time –

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm✨ Additional Benefits:

Annual performance-based bonusWe are recruiting for an experienced Production Leader to join a successful manufacturing business in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Production Leader to take ownership of a production area, lead a team, and drive performance, quality and continuous improvement. The successful Production Leader will play a key role in ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a production team
Monitor productivity, quality and KPI performance
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
Manage holidays, overtime and absence within the team
Promote a strong health and safety culture
Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities
Liaise with internal departments to achieve operational targetsRequirements
Minimum 3 years' experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
Previous experience as a Production Leader, Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership role
Strong people management and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities
Computer literate
Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDesirable
NVQ Level 3 qualification
Leadership or Supervisory qualification
SAP knowledge
Lean manufacturing experienceBenefits
