Are you a Workshop Manager or similar with a background working in Engineering or similar, looking for a full time, days-based position with a well-established company who give you autonomy and good work-life balance?

In this role, you will lead a team of engineers, ensuring performance standards are maintained across the workshop. You will oversee the maintenance and servicing of plant and vehicles while also performing risk assessments to ensure safety. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with no requirement for overtime.

This role would suit a Workshop Manager or similar with a background working in Engineering looking for a days-based role with a well-established, stable company where you can manage your own team of engineers and not have to work weekends.

The Role:

Lead and motivate a team of workshop engineers and monitor performance,
Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and inspection of plant and vehicles
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, no overtime or weekends required.The Person:
