FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join our finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified finance professional looking to develop their career in a commercially focused role with broad exposure across the Antalis business. You’ll play a key part in supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making, working closely with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight that helps drive business performance.

About the Role•Prepare monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial performance analysis

•Conduct variance analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities

•Build and maintain financial models to support planning and scenario analysis

•Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand performance drivers and support commercial decision-making

•Support the Head of Business Partnering with strategic analysis, planning, and ad hoc projects

•Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and efficiencies

Requirements

•Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or actively studying towards qualification

•Previous experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, or commercial finance

•Strong Excel and financial modelling skills

•Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting

•Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear commercial insight

•Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across the business

•Experience with systems such as Power BI, SAP, Oracle, or similar would be advantageous
