Shift Patterns:4 x Days per week Mon - Wed 14:00-00:00 & Thurs 14:00-23:00
Join a forward-thinking and growing manufacturing company with an excellent reputation for quality and staff development. We're currently looking for an experienced Laser Operator to join our clients growing team, working with Trumpf, Amada, and Bodor laser machines.

What you'll be doing:
Operate Trumpf, Amada, and Bodor laser cutting machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
Carry out quality checks and ensure parts meet specification
Maintain machinery and report any faults or issues promptly
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow
Keep work area clean, organised, and in line with health & safety standards
What we are looking for:
Experience operating and setting Trumpf, Amada, or Bodor lasers (or similar CNC laser machines)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
A proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Reliability and the desire to build a future with a growing company
Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
