Duties and personal qualities will include the following:
* Collaborating on scientific studies in support of product development / improvement
* Maintaining detailed ongoing project records
* Adherence to quality and operational protocols
* Knowledge of biochemistry instrumentation and techniques: including immunochenistry, microfluidics and electrochemistry
* Good PCR / molecular knowledge is essential for this role
* Data analysis / statistics
* Problem solving skills
This is a permanent role commanding a salary in the range £26-28k + company benefits. Applications are welcomed from BSc qualified graduates in chemistry, microbiology, engineering or closely related subjects. Experience from a previous medical device role and ISO 13485 exposure would be a distinct advantage.
This exciting and challenging role has a target start date of 27th July and full training will be provided for their specialised equipment. They operate across a wide range of technologies from initial concept to final operational environment
