The RoleYou will be working as part of a skilled team installing solar PV systems on domestic roofs across the local area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the preparation and installation of solar panels on residential properties.
Handling materials and ensuring a safe, tidy workspace on-site.
Representing the company professionally when interacting with homeowners.
What We Are Looking ForYou don’t need to be a fully qualified roofer, but you do need to be comfortable working outdoors and at physical fitness levels required for roofing work.
Experience: Proven background in labouring, construction, or a related outdoor trade.
Heights: Experience working at heights (scaffolding/roofs) is required.
Soft Skills: Excellent customer-facing skills, a positive personality, and a professional attitude are non-negotiable. You will be the face of our business on-site.
License: A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
