Location: Atherstone (CV9 2QU)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 15:30
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Duration: 3 weeks (Temporary Cover)

The Role

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team for a 3-week cover placement. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across designated areas, including kitchens and male/female washrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Clean designated areas to the exact specification outlined by the Site Manager.

Replenish kitchen and toilet consumables regularly.

Work strictly within Apleona Health & Safety policies, including COSHH risk assessments, colour-coding systems, and safe working practices.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure all areas remain covered during any staff absences.

Wear and maintain the uniform and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided.

What We Are Looking For

Physically Fit: Capable of handling a wide variety of active, manual cleaning tasks daily.

Sharp Eye for Detail: High standards of cleanliness; nothing gets missed.

Strong Communicator: Ability to speak with colleagues and site staff in a polite, professional manner.

Reliable: Excellent timekeeping and consistent attendance are non-negotiable.
